Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record anonymous usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. This helps us keep the site working and improve it.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and perform service, prepare estimates, manage your Comfort Club membership, send invoices or payment links, and register equipment and warranties.

To contact you by phone, email, or text about your service. Text messages are only sent to people who have opted in, as described in our SMS terms.

To keep our records, meet legal and tax requirements, and protect against fraud and spam.
