Heating & Cooling in Parkville, MO
Parkville is a river town in Platte County, on the north bank of the Missouri River and home to Park University. Air Summit serves Parkville homeowners with furnace and AC repair, seasonal tune-ups and new Amana and Goodman systems, scheduled ahead from our shop in Lee's Summit.
Hillside and river-town homes
Parkville's older downtown sits along the river with neighborhoods climbing the bluffs above it. Homes built into hillsides often have walkout basements and rooms that heat and cool unevenly from one level to the next. Before we recommend equipment, we look at how air moves between floors, because a bigger unit doesn't fix an airflow problem.
Furnace and AC replacement in Parkville
When it's time to replace, we install Amana and Goodman systems sized to the home. The Amana S-Series inverter AC slows down and speeds up with the weather instead of slamming on and off, which helps keep upper and lower floors closer to the same temperature. Mention the website ad for $500 off a new S-Series system.
Tune-ups booked ahead
Parkville is across the metro from our shop, so planned visits work best. Comfort Club members get a spring AC tune-up and a fall heating tune-up every year, priority scheduling and a $49 member diagnostic fee.
